As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a global agent experience improvement roadmap. This involves partnering with business owners and technical resources to evaluate, improve, and expand existing tools. You will also develop high-level business requirements and collaborate with Employee Services technical teams to build and deploy these tools.


The responsibilities of this position include providing technical support to the Panorama tools team and ERC tool program managers, facilitating focus groups, creating change management recommendations, and managing communication with program stakeholders. You will also coordinate working sessions and leader summit meetings to drive strategic planning, goal setting, and road mapping.


Specifically, you will be responsible for leading a program that supports ERC US FC, Ops and Corporate tool handling. This includes evaluating high-volume contacts, escalations, and defects, providing process guidance to ERC PMO, Leadership, Tool Program Managers, and ERC SMEs.


You will also be responsible for coordinating with the Business Operation team to ensure that the right balance of structure/consistency and autonomy/flexibility is in place to support the business. You will also provide program reports and metrics to the business.


You will be able to use your background in both technical and project management to ensure that the tool is being built in a way that best meets the needs of the people using it. You will also be able to establish best practices and standards for tool governance and quality configuration.
